Water Aerobics

Let's get fit! Come to our warm indoor pool and get a low impact workout! These exciting classes are ideal for adults of any age (16+). Improve strength and balance, high or low impact, during each 60 minute session. Currently available ONLY at our Pearland location.

Class size: 35 students max

Class length: 60 minutes

Water Aerobics

  • Low impact exercise

  • Warm water (90-92 degrees F)
  • Year-round classes

 

Houston Swim Club offers Water Aerobics lessons at select locations (currently only our Pearland pool). Work at your own pace with a full hour of low impact exercise. Engage your core, practice balance, and refine your form.

Adults will be in the water without any other lessons, so you'll have the whole pool to yourselves with your energetic, certified aerobics instructor!

Water Aerobics students typically enroll into a class per month in order to secure their spot. Please call the location to register and check for availability!

Our goal is to create a supportive environment that builds on their abilities while ensuring safety and proper technique, setting a strong foundation for future swimming success.
